A native of Marysville, Ohio, Thomas began his career on the football field, where he played linebacker for the Golden Gophers and earned All-Big Ten honors as a two-year team captain. He went on to play in the NFL with the Tennessee Titans and the Pittsburgh Steelers, competing at the highest level of the sport. Driven by a longstanding interest in markets and investing, and a commitment to serving others, Thomas moved into private wealth management in 2025, joining Creative Investment Group.

Thomas brings the competitive, disciplined mindset of his football background to wealth management. He believes sound decisions begin with the full picture, laid out in straightforward terms clients can act on. He wants clients to have that clarity across every aspect of their financial life, so they are confident in both what they own and why they own it.

Away from the office, Thomas keeps an active lifestyle in the gym, on the golf course, and out in the community. He seeks out new experiences and makes the most of what Nashville has to offer, remaining closely connected to the city's business and sports communities that shape both his life and his career.

Thomas earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Minnesota, where he was a four-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree. He holds the Series 65 designation.
